Novis is a monarchical state located east of Paladia, across the river. It is primarily agrarian, with lowland regions known for sheep farming, and functions as one of Paladia’s key neighboring powers.

Hevgoss is a heavily militarized state located west of Paladia. It is known for expansionist policies, systemic use of prison labor, and repeated intervention in neighboring countries during periods of instability.

The Eastern Empire is a powerful and secretive imperial state located far east of Paladia. It is known for strict control over its borders, tightly guarded alchemical knowledge, and the exclusive use of rare materials unavailable elsewhere.

Spirefell is the ancestral estate of the Ferron family, one of New Paladia’s oldest iron guild lineages. Built entirely of iron, the estate reflects both the family’s exceptional resonance and their historical power within Paladian industry.

The Alchemy Institute is Paladia’s central authority on alchemical study, built around the Alchemy Tower founded by the Holdfasts. It governs certification, education, and professional legitimacy, and later serves as the Resistance headquarters during the war.
