The Weaver’s cottage is a small, isolated dwelling in the Middle. It serves as the prison of Stryga, one of the ancient beings once feared as an Old God. The cottage looks modest from the outside but holds shelves of collected objects, a spinning wheel, and the Weaver’s loom.

Adriata is the capital city of the Summer Court, built around a half-moon bay and centered on a mountain-island palace. The city features coastal architecture, an underground treasure chamber, and a tide-dependent temple that once held the Summer Court’s half of the Book of Breathings.

The Summer Court is one of Prythian’s seven territories, known for its warm climate, coastal cities, and strong ties to water and trade. Its capital, Adriata, surrounds a half-moon bay and houses the Summer Court palace.

The Dawn Court is one of Prythian’s seven courts, known for its warm, sunrise-lit landscape, skilled craft cities, and its High Lord Thesan. The court serves as the meeting place for the High Lords in A Court of Wings and Ruin and features a sunstone palace set high in the mountains.

The Day Court is one of Prythian’s seven courts, known for its role as the realm’s center of magical knowledge. It once housed vast archives and thousands of libraries, much of which were destroyed under Amarantha. Led by High Lord Helion Spell-Cleaver, the court is also the only known home to pegasi.

The Winter Court, ruled by High Lord Kallias and Lady Viviane, is characterized by its frozen palaces and permanent winter climate. The court was heavily affected during Amarantha’s occupation of Prythian.

Prythian is a faerie realm divided into seven courts—four Seasonal and three Solar—each ruled by a High Lord. Bordered by the Mortal Lands and separated by the Wall.
