Biography
Soleil Telery was a third-year rider at Basgiath War College who trained alongside Xaden Riorson and fought in the Battle of Resson. During the War Games at Athbyne, she advocated for riders to confront the venin directly, citing their superior numbers and aerial advantage.
She and Garrick were assigned to conduct a perimeter sweep, where Soleil discovered a sealed entrance to an abandoned mine. Fuil, her dragon, broke through the wooden planks covering the tunnel so townspeople could be evacuated safely inside. Soleil and Liam then guided civilians into the shelter while their dragons defended the path.
When the venin attempted to trigger a rockslide, Soleil manifested her signet—an ability to form a magical barrier—and redirected the falling boulders away from the evacuees. Later in battle, she charged a venin with her dagger raised but stumbled upon entering its dead zone. Both she and Fuil were instantly desiccated, killed within seconds.
