Biography / History
Soren Bayard is born alongside his twin sister, Lila Bayard, into a family affiliated with the Order of the Eternal Flame. The twins are closely bonded from childhood, and Soren remains consistently protective of Lila throughout their lives.
Soren attends the Alchemy Institute, where he is trained on a double track. His aptitude for combat alchemy is high, and he would be considered an exceptional combat alchemist by institutional standards. However, his abilities are frequently measured against those of his twin sister, whose performance consistently surpasses all others.
Following graduation, Soren serves as a paladin of the Order of the Eternal Flame. He participates in active conflict during the war and remains closely aligned with Lila’s movements and assignments where possible.
During a rescue mission, Soren instructs Helena Marino to turn him into a necrothrall if he is killed. He dies during the operation, and Helena fulfills his request.
