Biography / History
Sebastian Bayard is a paladin of the Order of the Eternal Flame and the uncle of Lila Bayard and Soren Bayard. He served as Paladin Primary to Principate Apollo Holdfast for a significant period. At the time of Apollo’s murder, Sebastian is absent. His absence constitutes a failure of his vows as Paladin Primary, a fact that weighs heavily in the aftermath. Following Apollo’s death, Sebastian is placed in reserve rather than continuing in an active primary role.
During the war, Sebastian Bayard accompanies Soren Bayard, Penny, and Helena Marino during the rescue of Luc Holdfast. During this mission, Soren Bayard is killed. Helena Marino subsequently turns Soren into a necrothrall. Sebastian Bayard is aware of this action and does not disclose it or pass judgment.
Sebastian Bayard is later killed by Luc Holdfast while Luc is possessed. He is stabbed with a knife and dies as a result.
Physical Description
Sebastian Bayard is a tall man with an agile build. He has pale skin and pale hair that nearly blend in color. His eyes are soft blue.
