Biography / History
Erik Lancaster is an alchemist from a nickel-aligned guild family who studies at the Alchemy Institute and leaves after receiving his certification.
During the war, Lancaster is captured by the Eternal Flame and imprisoned beneath the Institute. He is subjected to repeated torture, during which Helena Marino is summoned multiple times to heal him so the interrogations can continue. Over the course of these sessions, Lancaster’s mental state deteriorates severely, and by the final interrogation, he is no longer sane.
After the war, Lancaster is publicly named as a future member of the Undying, described as belated recognition for his “exceptional services” during the conflict.
Lancaster later attempts to take Helena Marino and is killed by Kaine Ferron.

Erik Lancaster is a young man with wheat-coloured hair and a square face. He is solidly built.
