Biography
Sliseag is a red swordtail dragon bonded to Sawyer Henrick. He chose Sawyer as his rider during Threshing and has fought alongside him in major battles throughout The Empyrean series. During the Battle of Basgiath, Sawyer lost his leg while defending Sliseag from a wyvern attack. In Onyx Storm, the two work through the guilt and frustration that followed, ultimately adapting together so Sawyer can ride and fight again.

Sliseag is a red swordtail dragon with golden eyes.
Powers and Abilities
Like any other dragon, Sliseag can breathe fire and use his swordtail, talons, and fangs to strike enemies. Through his dragon, Sawyer Henrick manifests the signet of metallurgy, granting him control over metal.
