Biography
Professor Devera is a Rider and instructor at Basgiath War College, teaching Battle Brief to the entire Riders Quadrant.
Though stern and serious, Devera carries a strong moral compass — she continues to teach under dangerous conditions, prints frontline news despite the risks, and ultimately joins the Revolution. She is bonded to the dragon Red Clubtail and formerly served Navarre before shifting allegiance to the Revolution.
Physical Description
Professor Devera is described with short, purple hair that matches the Flame Section patch on her shoulder, and her uniform is decorated with numerous medals. Her eyebrows are darker than her deep-brown skin, giving her a sharp, commanding presence. In Iron Flame, her appearance shifts to shorter black hair and she is noted to bear a fresh, jagged wound along her bicep. She carries a longsword strapped to her back.
Dragon and Powers
Professor Devera is bonded to a Red Clubtail. Channeling through her dragon, Devera is able to conduct lesser magic. She can do things like locking and unlocking doors without touching them, moving with preternatural speed, manipulate mage lights, and power ink pens. Devera also has the ability to place runes.
