A Court of Thorns and Roses
In A Court of Thorns and Roses, Rhysand’s attendants in Under the Mountain—Nuala and Cerridwen—display several traits reminiscent of wraiths. In A Court of Mist and Fury, it is revealed that they are half-wraith, with one parent belonging to that species. According to Amren, it remains unknown how a High Fae and a wraith are able to produce offspring.
Appearance
Wraiths are an incorporeal faerie species in Prythian. Lacking fully solid bodies, they can pass through walls, blend seamlessly into shadows, and move with near-silent ease, traits that make them highly effective spies.
