Biography / History
Brannagh and her twin brother Dagdan arrive in the Spring Court as Hybern’s emissaries, accompanied by Jurian. Though Tamlin is an uneasy ally, he houses them in his manor during their stay. The twins are exceptionally close, and Feyre Archeron notes an unsettling intimacy between them.
As Daemati, Brannagh, and Dagdan repeatedly attempt to slip into the minds of Tamlin, Lucien, and Feyre during dinner, Feyre blocks them with her own mental shields. Throughout their time in the Spring Court, the twins inspect vulnerabilities in both the Court and the Wall, all while poisoning the manor’s inhabitants with faebane—including Feyre herself.
While surveying the Wall with Feyre, Lucien, and Jurian, the twins encounter three Children of the Blessed and attempt to harm them. Feyre shields the mortals long enough for them to escape, but Brannagh and Dagdan later track them down and kill them.
Near the end of their mission, Feyre intervenes to save Lucien from Ianthe, and Brannagh and Dagdan try to capture her to bring her back to Hybern. Though weakened by faebane, the twins slipped into her food. Feyre—helped by Lucien—manages to kill them both, ending Brannagh’s role in Hybern’s campaign.
