Biography
Viviane and Kallias have known each other since childhood, growing up as close companions long before he became High Lord. Prior to the events Under the Mountain, Kallias assigned her to border patrol to shield her from the political tensions of court life. When Amarantha seized control of Prythian, he managed only a brief warning, telling her he loved her and asking her to protect their people.
Viviane took refuge in a small Winter Court city, using her magic to conceal and defend it while offering sanctuary to anyone who could reach its borders. During the years she spent holding the court together and working to free Kallias, she came to recognize her own feelings for him.
After the curse was broken, Kallias immediately went to her. They reunited, and he proposed soon after, with the two marrying shortly afterward in a temple ceremony. Viviane later reveals that their mating bond did not snap into place until their first night together.

Viviane is described as a stunning Winter Court fae with shimmering silver-white hair and bright, icy blue eyes.
Personality
Viviane is warm, friendly, and fiercely outspoken, unafraid to challenge anyone she believes is in the wrong—including Beron during the High Lords’ meeting. She has a playful streak, often teasing Kallias and even Rhys, yet she is also deeply brave and loyal. Viviane is the first to stand with the Night Court against Hybern, fights in the final battle, and shows strong compassion, as seen when she takes in the human girl Briar.
